CHRISTOPHER L. OLSON
Chris focuses his practice on litigation and transactional work related to real estate, banking, and business issues. Chris represents investors, professionals, commercial lenders, community banks, CDCs, title companies, real estate agents and brokers, and individuals with an assortment of matters from start to finish.
Chris is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and understands the unique intersection between the law and business. He emphasizes looking at the big picture and pursuing legal recourse only when it makes economical or business sense. He takes an innovative approach to each issue and is constantly challenging himself to think outside the box to the find the most cost-effective solutions for his clients.
Chris graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin River Falls.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife are devoted to raising their four children, being involved in their church, spending time outdoors, and keeping fit.
