With nearly 30 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in the Twin Cities, Mark’s practice surrounds a variety of legal areas. While commercial banking, SBA lending, and real estate law are strong areas of expertise, Mark remains involved in a variety of civil litigation matters. He continues to assist small businesses in everything from formation, organization to collection matters. Mark is also dedicated to helping people through the estate planning and probate process.
Mark is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin and has also been recognized by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Certified Real Estate Specialist. Between Mark’s experience and certifications, he is able to assist commercial lenders, community banks, title companies, real estate agents, and individuals with an assortment of matters including loan origination, workouts, collections, banking litigation, creditor rights, real estate transactions, and closings, title review and more.
Mark and his family live on the northern edge of the Twin Cities and when he’s not relaxing with family or friends, you’ll no doubt find him on a golf course.
