Peter Tiede has been practicing law for nearly 30 years. He represents lenders in significant loan transactions and represents business owners buying, selling, financing, and leasing commercial real estate. He serves as township attorney for a large number of townships across Minnesota and is one of a relatively small group of Minnesota attorneys with many years of township experience. Tiede has extensive experience in all facets of Township law, including governance, roads, zoning, and other ordinances, open meeting law and data practices, and litigation of the foregoing. He is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Peter was a shareholder in a large downtown law firm until 2015 when he and a partner formed a small boutique practice in White Bear Lake. He joined GDO Law in 2021 and brought his team on board with the Firm at that time.
